TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN (TK)
The Kindergarten Readiness Act of 2010 established TK which offers a developmentally appropriate curriculum for young students and builds a strong foundation for school success. WJUSD TK classes follow the same bell schedule as our Kindergarten classes and the WJUSD calendar.
Woodland Joint Unified School District will begin accepting TK enrollments via email starting March 1, 2024. Enrollment information can be found on the enrollment tab.

Children within the district who will reach their fifth birthday between September 2, 2024 and June 2, 2025, are eligible for TK.
TK programs will be offered at the following elementary schools:
