Frontline Absence reporting
WJUSD uses Frontline Absence Management system, formerly Aesop to fulfill any vacanices or employee absences.
All absences must be reported in Frontline Education. If you are unable to enter your absence due to the short window between entering the absence and your start time, you will need to reach out to your Office Coordinator or Admin Assistant to enter the absence for you. Attendance is reviewed monthly and if you have selected the incorrect absence reason, the reason will be corrected by HR. If you put something under sick leave and it is not a covered reason, your absence could be changed to Personnel Necessity or No Tell if those options are availible. If they are not availible and your absence is incorrectly coded, you may be docked time due to the availibility of absence reasons.
