Welcome to the WJUSD Public Information Office

Under the direction of Superintendent Elodia Ortega-Lampkin, the public information officer is responsible for media relations and Districtwide communications with staff, families, and the broader Woodland community.

We aim to keep our community well informed when it comes to the success of our students, programs, and schools; to promote our District’s mission, vision, and goals; and to ensure we’re using the most effective communications tactics and strategies for reaching our community members.

We publish regular communications on our website and manage our District’s presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as well as support schools with communication as needed.
