 The District and the Title IX Coordinator are aware and acknowledge the new Title IX regulations, which were released on May 6, 2020 and are effective on August 14, 2020. Our Title IX Coordinator was trained on these new regulations on August 4, 2020, and our Title IX team will be trained in the near future. The training materials used for the Title IX Coordinator are attached in the link below. The District is in the process of reviewing and updating board policies involving Title IX matters in a matter that allows for input from various stakeholders in order to implement a fair, thorough, and impartial Title IX complaint process and District complaint response.
